Sherwood PTO partners with Lunch Solutions to offer convenient, pre-purchased hot lunch options from local restaurants at Sherwood five days a week. 

This is a convenience service for families and staff offered by PTOs in D112 schools that do not yet have kitchens. District-wide food service through D112 will begin when we return to Sherwood in the Fall of 2026.

Ordering for Session 2 (February- June) opens Monday, January 5 at 12 noon. The ordering deadline for serving food is the Thursday PRIOR to the food date at 10:00 am.

To create your Lunch Solutions account for the 2025-2026 school year: 

1. Go to: https://lunchsolutions.ptgms.com/sherwood
2. Click "Create Account" in the top navigation. Enter your information and then proceed to YOUR STUDENTS information.Teacher/grade information is very important for correct delivery!
3. Once your child/rens information is correct and complete click on Shop.
4. Choose your student in the drop-down and begin ordering. Just click on the item in the calendar you wish to order.
5. Click on the Cart when finished to review your selections and for payment selection type and to Submit your Order.
6. You can then DOWNLOAD your orders into your calendar at the Lunch Order Appointments.
7. PRINT or EDIT your order at the Orders/Payments screen.

• The deadline to order for the following week is Thursday at 10 am.
• Lunch is available Monday through Friday. You may order weekly, monthly or for the full session through January 30th.
• Changes/Edits can be made to your order at the Orders and Payments screen if you order ahead. They must be done by Thursday at 10:00 am of the week before!
• Late orders cannot be accommodated due to the late cut-off date-Sorry!
• PAYMENT INFORMATION: The program accepts payment by Debit Card or Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and ACH/E-Check.
