Angel Fund Donations

The mission of the Sherwood PTO is to enhance students' educational experiences by building an inclusive community, offering equal participation access to all students/families regardless of financial capability, and partnering with school staff to algin with Sherwood's values. To achieve this, PTO organizes Sherwood community events, financially contributes and volunteers time to support school initiative programs, and supplements school related purchases using our ongoing fundraising efforts. 

By donating to Sherwood's Angel Fund, you are helping support families in need within our school community. This allows eligible students to participate in Lunch Solutions Hot Lunch, provide them with supplemental snacks as needed, attend PTO hosted events, order Sherwood Spirit Wear, and take part in other fun initiatives the PTO has to offer.

On behalf of the Sherwood families who benefit from Angel Fund, we greatly appreciate your generosity and willingness to make a positive impact on our students' and their families' school experience.

Our Sherwood families have asked, "How much should we donate?". We appreciate any and all donation sizes, and here is a breakdown of how your donation can help our students:

 

• A $10 donation will enable 1 eligible student to have one Lunch Solutions hot lunch.
• A $15 donation will enable 1 eligible student to make gift purposes for family/friends during our Holiday Penguin Patch shopping event. 
• A $20 donation will enable 1 eligible student to purchase 2 books during the Book Fair.
• A $25 donation will enable 1 eligible student to purchase a Spirit Wear t-shirt.
• A $30 donation will enable 1 eligible student to attend Carnival and participate in all offerings at the event.
• A donation of $40/month will enable1 eligible student to have Lunch Solutions hot lunch once a week for one month.
• A $100 donation will enable the PTO to purchase a month's supply of supplemental breakfast items for eligible students.
• A $300 donation will fund all eligible students 1 Lunch Solutions hot lunch on any given day.
• A $750 donation will gift birthday signs for all eligible students.
